Stellram's global base of cutting tool customers is serviced through a worldwide network of direct sales and distribution. Sales offices are maintained in 9 countries and products are available through an industrial distribution network in 40 countries.

Global standard products are shipped within 24 hours from central stocking locations in North America and Europe. Central warehouses located in Gland, Switzerland and Nashville, Tennessee are linked by a sophisticated global ERP network. Products needed to support local markets are maintained in each country to ensure the highest service levels.

Each country is linked together for worldwide design of special tooling through Unigraphics CAD/CAM, which allows Stellram® to leverage its special tooling design capabilities from anywhere in the world and manufacture the product from any of its global manufacturing locations. Customer service and logistics planning are facilitated through the use of a worldwide real time ERP system. This system provides the level of customer service needed to compete in today's demanding global markets.
