ATI High Performance Castings

ATI Wah Chang's foundry produces custom near-net shapes in a variety of unique zirconium and titanium alloys for critical applications.  We are also a NAVSEA NDE-approved facility, meaning all of our techniques can be approved by an in-house Level-3 (NDE) Examiner.

    Maximum Weights

    Titanium casting produced over a weight range of 1 lb to 1,300 lbs

    Zirconium castings produced in any size up to 1,800 lbs

    Larger castings can be produced by fabricating several castings into a single component

    *In certain configurations casting weights in excess of the figures above are possible, but must be evaluated on a case by case basis.

    Radius Dimensions

    Sharp to 1/8 inch radius: +/- 1/32 inch

    ½ inch fillet radius: +/- 1/32 inch

     
    Finish Stock

    3/16 -1/4 inch on all machined surfaces
