The mechanical properties in this condition are 120 ksi (827 MPa) typical tensile strength, 60 ksi (414 MPa) typical yield strength, 50% typical elongation, and a typical hardness of 90 HRB. The mechanical properties of material precipitation heat treated according to AMS 5872 are shown below.
